- Sprinting

- Middle Distance

- Long & Triple Jump

- Throws (Shot Discuss and Javelin)

Sessions are FREE to RTAC Athletes

FEES FOR ATHLETES FROM OTHER CENTRES ARE

$5 PER SESSION OR $12 PER WEEK
